“Bad Beat” means: Qualifying high-ranking poker hand that is beaten by a higher-ranking hand.

The Bad Beat Jackpot is awarded as follows:

• 50% of the Bad Beat Main Pot will be awarded to the Bad Beat Hand (Losing Texas Hold’Em Hand)
• 25% of the Bad Beat Main Pot will be awarded to winner of the Texas Hold’Em Hand
• 25% of the Bad Beat Main Pot will be awarded equally amongst the other players at the table
